I have several other blog posts and videos using this bundle if you are looking for ideas but today's post is about stamping AND die cutting the garland in repeat to create a fun Christmas tree card.
Before I get into the details of how to make the card...

Take one 8-1/2 x 11 sheet of Basic White Cardstock
Score the whole sheet (width wise) at 5-1/2"
Cut whole sheet (length wise) at 4-1/4"
You will get two card bases from one sheet of cardstock!
How I Made This Card:
Stamp & Die Cut (5) Christmas Garlands - I used Evening Evergreen Ink and chose to keep the bulbs white but you could create a multicolor light look with your Stampin' Blends.
Color Each garland with the Stampin' Blends Combo Just Jade. NOTE: So many wonderful greens you can choose from I chose Just Jade.
I also used several products from the Sweet Stockings Suite on this card:
Using the Sweet Stockings Designer Series Paper, I cut a stitched rectangle layer using the Cherry Cobbler pattern and fussy cut the dog in lights and the mouse carrying a present (on the opposite side of same DSP paper).
Add Matte Decorative Dots in multicolors so create a look of ornaments on your tree.
Use Pool Party Striped Grosgrain ribbon to create an adorable tree topper. Adhere with Mini Glue Dot.
I chose to pop each garland up on Stampin' Dimensionals.
I trimmed off any part of the garland if it went over the edge of the card.
I used "A Merry Hello" from the Be Jolly Stamp Set. Stamped in Cherry Cobbler on 1/2" strip of Basic White Cardtsock and used the Banner Pick a Punch to trim each edge.
This is such a fun, BIG IMPACT card and you can decide how big and fluffy you want your tree to be!

Coordinating Colors from this month's Paper Pumpkin kit: FLIRTY FLAMINGO (ink color provided in this month's kit), Poppy Parade, Pool Party, Old Olive and Evening Evergreen
I chose the coordinating colors for the cardstock and ink shades to keep the projects as close as possible to the original Paper Pumpkin kit. Everything blends beautifully. You can choose your preferred colors but I personally use the coordinating colors as a guide every month when creating alternates. It really does help the creative ideas flow.
This collage shows some quick looks of how to make smaller trees easily from the big trees in the kit, or turning it into a card embellishment
This is a standard size card and I trimmed off part of the snowman and created snowflakes with the stamp from the kit and adding white heat emboss
This turned out so fun, changing the tree and presents into embellishments on a card and slightly angling the sentiments.
If you feel the tree is "too big" for cards do not despair, you can use your tree punch to make small trees JUST AS CUTE as the big guy.
IN THE VIDEO:
I show an alternate treat box and even a way to decorate Old Olive cardstock punched with the tree punch into a decorated tree if you do not wish to punch smaller trees from the big ones in the kit. I think it's fastest to punch the die cut pieces from the kit, but if you use all of those for treat boxes, you can still mimic the look with twine from the kit and your favorite embellishments to trim your tree. I even went with the Cute Star Adhesive Sequins as toppers for each of the smaller trees in the card shown above. (in orange) Turned out soooooooooooooooo cute.

As a demonstrator there is a 20% discount all of the time. It could potentially go to 25% off and you do not have to sell. I decided to keep today's project nice and easy. There will be some coloring with Stampin' Blends and even that is kept pretty simple.
QUICK NOTE: If you like clean and simple projects you will enjoy these gift tags. I kept my tags single sided but Stampin' Blends do bleed through the back of Basic White Cardstock, so if you want a double sided tag I suggest die cutting two tags and then gluing them together back to back for one double sided tag.

HOW TO MAKE THE TAG:
Using your Basic White Cardstock and Tailor Made Tags Dies create your die cuts with Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. I chose the largest of each tag shape for these tags.
Using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink (this ink won't smear with alcohol markers) stamp your image - I chose one feature image (Santa, Tree, Sleigh) for each tag and colored it with the Stampin' Blends. I chose one sentiment for each tag or the "To From" stamp. Each tag is almost entirely from the Be Jolly stamp set. The one exception is "Festive & Bright" sentiment from the stamp set of the same name.
I stuck mostly with traditional colors but did decide to color one Santa in a blue suit instead of red and I chose Misty Moonlight Light for that suit.
Choose whatever color combinations you find fun or Christmas or keep your gift recipient in mind and customize it to what they love.
Don't forget the ribbon! I chose Gold Shimmer Ribbon (a favorite of mine) but you can grab whatever matches your tags!
I personally love coloring stamped images. I find it very soothing and I really think it brings images to life. Stampin' Blends are such a great gift to consider for the holidays as well.

This is the one investment I wish I would have made a year, personally, and the stamper in your life may not realize if he/ she only has a few blocks what a TIME SAVER having multiples of the blocks can be.
Who is this for?
The Clear Block Bundle is ideal for the stamper who is starting to craft (or already) stamps on a regular basis. Crafters can get very particular with their scissors! Crafters can have a tendency to lose their scissors on a cluttered craft table so backup scissors are sooooooooo good to have on hand in a drawer or a travel bag!
