Today we are making a set of Thank You cards with the Garden Poetry Suite which will be available to customers March 3, 2026 with the online exclusives release.
Demonstrators and people purchasing the starter kit can get the Garden Poetry Suite right now as preorder items!
I will also be using the Stampin' Positioner today. This is a NEW and EXCLUSIVE tool that you can only get in the starter kit from now to March 3, 2026 and it's FREE when you purchase the starter kit!
I really wanted to get a feel for the Stampin' Positioner since it is also a new tool to me and it absolutely made making multiple cards easier and more efficient!
Repeat stamping is a dream! While there is a little trial and error with all new tools this, overall, was very easy to use and created fantastic, crisp images throughout the process!
While we anxiously await our February 2026 Paper Pumpkin Kit: Celebrate Spring, Paper Pumpkin has been teasing how awesome this kit is going to be with their own "ALTERNATE CARD" teaser. They released this photo on February 1st...
... and I knew as soon as I saw it that I was going to try to re-create it BEFORE we get the February kit!
Here is my version:
This is when you know a kit is going to be good... you're inspired and making Spring cards before you even have the kit in your hands!
Let's re-create this Paper Pumpkin Designed Card (my version):
NOTE: There are several pieces on the card I had to substitute because I do not have the kit yet, so this is "my version" of their card until the kit arrives.
I will be using the coordinating color products for the February 2026 Paper Pumpkin Kit which also happens to be the coordinating colors for the Easter Joy Collection.
I recommend taking the Beautiful Blooms Dies (the add on for January, February and March's Paper Pumpkin kits) and pre-cutting these dies in the coordinating colors you have on hand as well as Basic White. This is a great way to get the creative juices flowing, prep for your kit and make great Spring cards with your dies.
MEASUREMENTS:
Card Base: 5-1/2 x 8-1/2” Score: 4-1/4”
DSP Layer: 4-1/8 x 5-5/8” (Easter Joy DSP)
(1) Rectangle (Beautiful Blooms Dies)
(3) Tulip Leaves in Shy Shamrock (Beautiful Blooms Dies)
(3 Sets) of Tulip Petals (Beautiful Blooms Dies)
(2) Small Flower or Daffodil Die Cuts (substitute yours)
(1) Banner Die Cut (substitute yours)
(2) 6” Strips of Balmy Blue Gingham Ribbon
(3) Easter Assortment Embellishments
INSTRUCTIONS
Add first piece of ribbon to the layer (adhering ends to back before gluing to the card).
Stamp sentiment of choice to the banner of your choice. I used the Fabulous Sayings Stamp Set (January Product of the Month) with the banner die from an upcoming March Online Exclusive product called "Paradise Garden."
Place the rectangle die cut from Beautiful Blooms Dies in the center of the card over the strip of ribbon. Arrange your three die cut tulip leaves and petals over the rectangle.
NOTE: The Paper Pumpkin designed card keeps the flowers very tight and close together, almost overlapping. I chose to spread them out a little more so my tulip petals are higher on the card above the rectangle.
Use a small flower die cut of your choice and place two of them in between the tulips. Add with Stampin' Mini Dimensionals. Add banner below or slightly overlapping flowers.
NOTE: The original Paper Pumpkin card has the word "Beautiful" die cut slightly overlapping their banner, but because I chose a large stamp for my version I thought it looked better without the die cut word. I did do several versions of the card where you can see it with or without the word die cut from the Beautiful Blooms dies.
Take the second piece of ribbon and thread it through the ribbon on the card and tie a side bow next to your banner with the Balmy Blue Gingham Ribbon.
In the end, I made six cards using the Paper Pumpkin Designed template and I played with the coordinating colors and die cuts, but in the end it's a great showcase for your Beautiful Blooms Dies and Easter Joy products!

Hello! So happy to be here with a VIDEO TUTORIAL and MINI UNBOXING for you today! Tutorial first, unboxing second (stay tuned to the end if you want to see what I got)!
It's FREEZING outside today (at least where I am) so let's stay inside and make pretty alternate cards with the January 2026 Paper Pumpkin Kit: Special Delivery...
I received a special request to work with the flower stamp and it was definitely on my to-do list but I really appreciate the request and this one is for you, Dara!
Today is all about that beautiful flower stamp in the kit! It's a rose, right? I mean, I think it is but correct me if I'm wrong.
Start by cutting your Bubble Bath card base (with no pattern) in half and then trimming down to (2) 4 x 5-1/4" pieces using your Paper Trimmer.
Cut (2) Poppy Parade card bases with one sheet of 8-1/2 x 11" cardstock. Score first at 5-1/2" and then cut at 4-1/4" giving you two card bases.
Cut (3) Basic White 4 x 5-1/4" pieces. One will go under the Bubble Bath layer on your card front and the other two are inserts for your Poppy Parade card bases.
SNEAK PEEK TIME!
Brand New Stampin' Positioner! This will be an exclusive starter kit item in February!
Scalloped Wishes Bundle! This will be a March Online Exclusives release!
Why am I using these now? Because they are pretty and also because when you purchase the starter kit in February you'll get the Stampin' Positioner for FREE and you can put March exclusive preorder items in your Starter Kit!!!!!!! More on that later. Today is just a sneak peek...
First use: I LOVED the new positioner tool!
Next we'll do some repeat stamping with that beautiful flower stamp in the January 2026 Paper Pumpkin kit!
Get out your Stampin' Blends and have fun coloring some flowers:
Bubble Bath
Poppy Parade
Granny Apple Green
Old Olive
You can choose the color combinations. I recommend playing with color combinations until you find the one you like.
TIP: Use kit design elements (like the flower die cut) to inspire your coloring. I had actually colored several in pink and red before remembering the kit flower has a defined red line and is colored in pink so I repeated that design and loved the result of this combo for my alternate card!
While we try to soft blend I intentionally hard lined that in red and loved the look! And it's quicker and easier than technique blending!
Card 1: Red and Pink Color Combo Blends
For the second version I focused on all red for the flowers (Poppy Parade Stampin' Blends) and turned the fussy cut flowers into a border edge on top and bottom of the card. LOVE LOVE LOVED THIS LOOK!
Both cards have 6 flowers from the full size stamp but colored and arranged slightly differently.
On the red rose card, I did add a seventh flower but I trimmed off the leaves and outer layer of petals so I could fit it at the bottom of my lacy oval.
Bottom center oval is trimmed down flower
Here you can see what I trimmed off This is great way to extend the life of your kit once your paper pieces are gone!
NOTE: The Granny Apple Green & Old Olive Stampin' Blends are on backorder so use whatever greens you have in your blends collection.
You can see two different combinations of scalloped ovals dies and stamps from the bundle that will be out in March (Scalloped Wishes) or in February if you add to your starter kit...
The sentiments are both stamps from the January Paper Pumpkin kit "Sending Love" and "Happy Valentines." For the smaller scalloped oval die cut I recommend positioning the stamps horizontally but pictured I did manage to squeeze "sending love" in vertically! It was tight but it fit!
I will take a deeper dive into all of the pieces and combinations of the Scalloped Wishes bundle in another video but even just focusing on the ovals today, look at the wow factor and the possibilities!
Card on Left: Smaller lacy oval frame in Poppy Parade Card on Right: Larger lacy oval frame in Poppy Parade
Before I go, remember:

Yes, I snuck in a "mini unboxing" at the end of today's video. It's been awhile since I have filmed and edited a video so bear with me as I start back to making video tutorials and unboxings. I hope you like what you see! The upcoming March Online Exclusives are amazing!
More to come on that soon!
I'm so glad to be back to videos. I don't know the schedule yet which I understand is frustrating but if you are on my email list you will get every update and post, video or not.
I don't usually mention weather but half of the country is in a deep freeze! As I type this it's -15 degrees! I can't remember the last time it was that cold in Pennsylvania.
EDIT: Meteorologist just informed me it hasn't been this cold here in 32 years, so...
One of the best things about this embellishment is that they are flat unlike a pearl if you take that into consideration when mailing your cards.
For this card you will use your Paper Trimmer to cut along the dark green line from the above pictured kit layer die cut to separate the inside from the postage frame.
Save that inside panel for another card. For this card it's the postage frame we want!
Next...
Take those adorable patterned envelopes from your kit and cut them up! You can get so many pieces by trimming or die cutting these envelopes and using them as DSP! This is one of my favorite things to do with Paper Pumpkin alternates. This kit has 3 different color envelopes too and 9 total! If you get the refill you can really have fun with this!
I cut these up with the Perennial Postage Dies and I used the Blue Envelope with the white label center for the card front. 3-1/4 x 4-1/2" is the measurement of the Perennial Postage Die used.
Place the blue floral bouquet die cut from the kit in the white label center with dimensionals.
Stamp "Just for You" from the kit stamp set onto the back of the banner die cut in Blueberry Bushel ink.
NOTE: The banner is actually shaded pink but if you use the back it's white.
Add 3 Brushed Brass Butterflies and you have a beautiful alternate card!
Don't forget you still have time to EARN bonus days coupons! Earn $5 coupon for every $50 spent until 2/2/26! You can start redeeming February 3 - 28, 2026!
