April 2022 Paper Pumpkin Alternate Card Ideas: Swing Cards, Background Stamping and More!

 It's Paper Pumpkin Alternate Idea time on the blog!

There are 6 alternate card ideas in this video and blog post:

• Two cards are SWING Cards
• Two cards split the Day/Night card into a Day Card and a Night card
• Two cards are background stamp card ideas!

I will be using alternate products to create these cards. There is a product list at the end of this blog post and here's a snapshot of the main alternate products used.

Ok, back to the alternate card ideas:

Swing Card #1: This is the Paper Pumpkin Fun Fold Card Base with a swing! I like sentiments on my card fronts which was the inspiration for adding the swing element to the card.

Swing Card Option #2: Also a Fun Fold from the Kit

The Night/ Day Card is so clever on its own. I did separate them to make a "night" theme.
I mostly stuck to the Paper Pumpkin design. I changed out the sentiment.
Added more stars and Wink of Stella with a Crushed Curry Card Base:
8-1/2 x 5-1/2 and scored at 4-1/4"

The Day version of the card is the simplest of the alternate cards. Stamped
a simple border at the bottom of a Crushed Curry Card Base: 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 and scored at 4-1/4"

Have fun stamping backgrounds in the coordinating colors of the kit!
Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay, Granny Apple Green, Crushed Curry.
Add that envelope liner in Melon Mambo as a layer.
Granny Apple Green Card Base:
8-1/2 x 5-1/2 and scored at 4-1/4"

Version #2 for stamping backgrounds (with the bigger butterfly)!
Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay, Granny Apple Green, Crushed Curry.
Add that envelope liner in Green/Blue as a layer.
Melon Mambo Card Base:
8-1/2 x 5-1/2 and scored at 4-1/4"
